The job
As a Setter, you are responsible for producing bags and pouches according to strict quality and safety standards on a daily basis. You work with modern production machines and contribute to a smooth-running process together with your colleagues. You check the products for deviations and accurately record production data.
An average workday consists of supplying the machines, solving simple malfunctions, and performing quality checks. You also assist in packing and moving produced products, both manually and with machines. You work closely with the Supervisor, Team Leader, and other colleagues within production and logistics.

- You speak sufficient English to work in a production environment
- You enjoy working in a team
- You have an eye for detail and work accurately
- You are willing to work in shifts
- Experience in production or with machines is a plus, but not required

- A gross hourly wage of €15.79
- Full-time employment (40 hours per week)
