The job
As a Recruiter at Atik Uitzendbureau, you play a key role in identifying and matching the right candidates to suitable positions across various industries. You will review applications, interview candidates, and work closely with our account managers to ensure each placement is a success. Your ability to build relationships and your attention to detail will make a real difference in the lives of our candidates and the growth of our clients.
A typical day involves screening resumes, conducting interviews (both in-person and remotely), and guiding candidates through the recruitment process. You will regularly communicate with account managers to understand their needs and develop creative sourcing strategies to attract both active and passive candidates. Keeping our applicant tracking system up to date and maintaining a strong talent pipeline are also part of your daily responsibilities.

You
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Empathy and adaptability when working with varied candidates and clients
- Conflict resolution and time management abilities
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Knowledge of social media recruitment channels (e.g., LinkedIn)
- Understanding of employment law and compliance
- Proficiency in candidate screening and assessment tools
- Team building and teamwork skills
- Good spoken English; other languages are a plus
