The job
As a production employee at Our Partner, you are an indispensable link in the production process. Your responsibilities include:
- Closely following instructions from the Wire Bending Foreman and asking for new tasks when the work is completed;
- Weighing and packaging finished products;
- Preparing and positioning materials on the machines;
- Quality control of products;
- Ensuring a tidy and safe workplace;
- Performing concierge tasks in consultation with the Wire Bending Foreman or Wire Bending Machine Setter;
- Providing support to other production departments in consultation with the Wire Bending Foreman.
- You work in a production area with potentially disruptive factors such as noise.
- You wear protective equipment if necessary.
- You mainly work standing, must bend, lift, or perform other physical exertions.
You
- A proactive and flexible work attitude.
- Good communication skills and a real team player.
- You are willing to work in various shifts.
- Experience in a production environment is a plus, but not required.
