The job
As an Operator, you are responsible for producing paint using modern, PLC-controlled production systems. You work in a team where safety, quality, and collaboration are central. With your technical insight, you ensure that the production process runs smoothly and that the machines are set correctly.
An average workday consists of setting up, operating, and monitoring production installations. You supply raw materials according to the recipe, monitor the quality of the product, and record everything in the software system. Additionally, you identify deviations, solve minor technical malfunctions, and ensure a safe and clean workplace. You regularly rotate between different workstations, making no day the same and your work always challenging.

- You speak good English
