The job
In the role of Loading Production Worker, you are an important link in the production process. You work during the day shift with a team of driven colleagues in the Steel department. Your main task is loading steel drums, both loose and on pallets, so they can be transported safely and efficiently. Safe working and delivering quality are always paramount.
An average workday begins with jointly discussing the schedule. Together with your colleagues, you ensure that all drums are correctly loaded and checked for quality. You identify malfunctions, take immediate action to restore the process, and ensure the work environment remains clean and safe. Besides loading, you are involved in the supply of parts and components to ensure the production process runs smoothly.

- You speak and understand enough English to work safely
- You enjoy working in a team and have a collegial attitude
- You have an eye for safety and quality
- You are flexibly deployable within your task package
- You like to take responsibility and show initiative
- You can think problem-solving and switch quickly in case of malfunctions
- You are available for a full-time position (40 hours per week)
- You have an EU nationality (EU passport or ID) or a valid Dutch residence permit with work authorization
