The job
As a (Junior) Recruiter at Atik, you are the key link between talented candidates and our clients. You look beyond just the resume and delve into the person behind the application. Your mission? Ensure a sustainable match that benefits both the candidate and the client.
An average day is varied: you actively recruit new candidates via job boards, social media, and your own network, conduct telephone screenings and personal interviews, and maintain contact with both candidates and colleagues. You work independently but regularly consult with the team about the best matches and current staffing needs. Additionally, you write engaging job descriptions and keep the ATS system up-to-date.

You
- You have an affinity with recruitment or some experience in recruitment and selection or the willingness to learn quickly
- You enjoy working with international employees and have an eye for different languages and cultures
- You are available for 40 hours per week and are looking for a long-term position
- You live within 30 kilometers of Roosendaal
- You have a good command of the English language; Dutch or an additional language is a plus
- You work independently and actively seek collaboration with colleagues
- You are eager to learn, proactive, and solution-oriented
- You work accurately and maintain an overview, even under time pressure
- You are proficient with MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and learn new systems quickly
- You are approachable, involved, results-oriented, and bring enthusiasm and humor
The offer
- A gross salary between € 2,608.18 and € 3,000.00 depending on your experience
- Prospect of a permanent contract, with the possibility of acceleration
