The job
As a DC Employee – IBT, you work in a state-of-the-art distribution center of 51,000 m². You ensure that non-food webshop orders (no larger than a microwave) are quickly and accurately collected and prepared for shipment to customers in the Netherlands and Belgium. You work with a handheld scanner and transport items on pallets to the correct (pick) locations.
An average workday consists of collecting items with your handheld scanner, neatly placing these products in the cart, and transporting pallets to the right places. You cover a lot of ground on the work floor, so your step counter will be busy. Together with your colleagues, you ensure a streamlined logistics process and a satisfied customer.
