The job
As a Steel Production Employee, you are part of a close-knit team of technical professionals. You ensure that steel drums are loaded safely and efficiently for transport, both individually and on pallets. Safety and quality are paramount in everything you do. You work closely with colleagues in the Steel department and report to the Steel Shift Leader.
Your workday consists of loading steel drums, performing quality checks, and identifying malfunctions. Together with your team, you take responsibility for a clean and safe workplace. Additionally, you ensure that parts and components are delivered on time and quickly and expertly resolve any issues in the production process.
