TEMPORARY PLACEMENT
Working on the basis of temporary placement offers a lot of flexibility. You can work at times that suit you and in your preferred position and industry.
RECRUITMENT & SELECTION
We are increasingly asked to find and select new employees. You are then screened for a vacancy and can join an organisation directly.
SECONDMENT
Another possibility is secondment. In the case of secondment, you work through us for a certain period of time for one or more organisations. Secondment offers more security.
PAYROLL
With payrolling, you work for an organisation for which we do the personnel and payroll administration. Legally, we are your employer and you work in accordance with our collective labour agreement (CAO), but under the terms and conditions of the organisation where you work.
ACCOMMODATION
Providing accommodation for employees from CEE countries is an obligation from the perspective of good employership. The accommodation meets all the standards of Stichting Normering Flexwonen (SNF).
TRAINING
Of course, it is also possible for you to receive training or be retrained. More and more employers are asking for qualified employees. We always discuss this with the organisation where you work.
