The job
As an Operational Support Specialist, you are an indispensable link within the warehouse. You coordinate the daily operations together with the Team Leaders, monitor progress and quality, and support colleagues with questions and issues. Thanks to your overview and insight, the logistics process runs smoothly and safely.
Your day starts with distributing tasks and discussing the planning. You monitor the progress of the work, intervene in case of deviations, and identify opportunities for improvement. You actively help with processing, collecting, and moving goods and ensure that loading and unloading are done according to procedures. You are visible on the work floor, a point of contact for colleagues, and contribute to a safe and tidy working environment.

You
- Valid EU passport or EU ID card, or a Dutch residence permit with work permit
- Good command of the English language spoken
- In possession of a forklift and reach truck certificate
- Strong problem-solving ability
- Resistant to stress and maintains overview
