The job
In this role as a DC Employee, you work daily in a state-of-the-art e-commerce distribution center of 51,000 square meters. Together with your team, you ensure that all non-food webshop orders are collected, packed, and prepared for shipment to customers in the Netherlands and Belgium. You work with a handheld scanner and ensure that items end up in the right place in the warehouse. No experience? No problem! You will receive extensive tailored training so that you can quickly work independently.
An average workday consists of collecting items with a handheld scanner, placing items in a cart, and transporting pallets to the correct locations. You ensure that everything is accurately placed at the correct pick location. Because the warehouse is large, you cover a lot of ground in a day. Your step counter will be working overtime!
