The job
As a Production Worker in the Warehouse, you work in a dynamic environment where pallets are central. You ensure that incoming and outgoing pallets are processed correctly according to fixed procedures. You repair used pallets, dismantle pallets to reuse wood, and assist in the production of new pallets. Your efforts directly contribute to the sustainable reuse of materials.
On an average workday, you are engaged in various tasks. You sort pallets, perform quality checks, work with a sorting robot, and assemble pallets according to specifications. You keep reports and ensure that you always meet the set production standards and quality requirements. Additionally, you work closely with colleagues and hold work meetings to ensure the day runs smoothly.
