The job
As an assistant nursery worker with our partner, you are daily engaged in caring for beautiful laurel plants. You support various tasks in the nursery, such as pruning, moving plants, weeding, cutting, and potting. You also help with tying and shaping the plants to ensure the highest quality. Additionally, you regularly assist in the order processing department, where you and the team prepare orders neatly and efficiently for shipment. This gives you a versatile workday and allows you to develop various skills within the company.
On an average day, you start by checking the plants for health and growth. Then you proceed with pruning or potting, depending on the seasonal tasks. In between, you assist colleagues in collecting and packing orders. No day is the same, as the tasks change regularly, making the work dynamic and educational.

- You speak and understand the English language
- You work accurately and have an eye for detail

- You hold an EU nationality and valid EU passport/ID or Dutch residence permit with work permit
